Website Terms

These terms govern use of the Oculent AI website. They apply to the website only and do not replace a separate written agreement for services.

Effective September 13, 2026

Using this website

By using this website, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site. You may use the site for lawful informational and business purposes.

Informational content

The website provides general information about Oculent AI and its approach to operational improvement, automation, and AI-assisted workflows. Content is not legal, financial, accounting, cybersecurity, employment, or other regulated professional advice. You remain responsible for decisions made for your organization.

No client relationship

Visiting the site or sending an inquiry does not create a client, consulting, fiduciary, partnership, employment, or other professional relationship. An engagement begins only when Oculent AI and the client enter into a separate written agreement. Do not send confidential or sensitive information before appropriate terms and safeguards are agreed.

Intellectual property

The website’s text, branding, graphics, arrangement, and original materials are owned by Oculent AI or used with permission and are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. You may view and make limited copies for your own internal evaluation. You may not reproduce, publish, distribute, modify, sell, or commercially exploit site materials without written permission.

Acceptable use

You may not attempt to disrupt the site, bypass security or access controls, introduce malicious code, scrape the site in a manner that materially burdens its operation, impersonate another person, violate another party’s rights, or use the site for unlawful activity.

Third-party services

The site may rely on or link to third-party services. Oculent AI does not control their availability, content, security, or privacy practices and is not responsible for them. A link does not imply endorsement unless expressly stated.

Availability and warranties

The site is provided on an “as available” basis. Oculent AI aims to keep information useful and current but does not promise that the site will be uninterrupted, error-free, secure, or complete. To the extent permitted by law, Oculent AI disclaims warranties that would otherwise apply to the website.

Limitation of responsibility

To the extent permitted by law, Oculent AI will not be responsible for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive losses arising from use of—or inability to use—the website. Nothing in these terms excludes responsibility that cannot lawfully be excluded.

Changes and contact

Oculent AI may update the website and these terms. The effective date above will be revised when updated terms are posted. Continued use after an update means the revised terms apply from their effective date.
